Tiger woods golf game has been struggling the last couple years as most of us already know. Yes he has had to deal with many injury set backs but he has also fallen into the trap of searching for a perfect golf swing that so many golfers do, especially junior golfers!

What happened to digging it out of the dirt like the old greats, like Ben hogan did? We are in the golf generation of technology and it has taken away all the feel that the best players posses. Through my years of coaching my junior and college golfers I see players run to their golf instructor at the first sign of a bad golf swing. Most junior and college golfers do not understand their golf swing and what their tendencies are in order to fix it when they are by themselves on the golf course or under pressure.

When being coached, it is a two way street, the coach needs to know how you are feeling, thinking, etc… in order to help you understand your game so you do not need to run to your golf instructor the second something goes wrong.

Keys to success:

  1. Be coachable
  2. Provide feedback to your coach

If you do these two things, I guarantee you will improve your golf game!
